Account Actions are vital tools for managing user accounts. Both staff and public Users can manage their accounts with staff members having more Capabilities than public users.

When to Use

Account Management is something staff will utilize as a part of daily operations. Various functions can include:

  • Performing Voids, Refunds, and Transfers

  • Managing Memberships for a specific user

  • Contacting the account holder

  • Editing User Information

How to Apply

While learning how to utilize Account Management, you may experience areas where you have questions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please keep track of them so your CivicPlus representative may address them.
