Void transactions are different from refunds, which are issued after the transaction has cleared through the customer's Account.

Refunds allow you to return funds to a user via the original or different form of payment.

When to Use

Voids can be used for:

  • Incorrect form of payment used

  • Incorrectly charged services or merchandise

  • Fraudulent Purchases

Refunds can be used for:

  • Class Cancellations

  • Participant Withdrawal

  • Return of Rental Deposits
