This article will show you how to remove a Contact Method for an account.

Instructions

  1. Search and select a user search and select user

  2. Select Account Contact Preferencesaccount contact preferences

  3. Click the red X next to a contact method to delete remove contact method

  4. Click OK on the pop-up to confirm the deletion ok to remove
