This article outlines how Recreation Management users can pull reports on equipment rentals. Specifically, Items Included with a Facility Rental, Rental Item Inventory, and Checked Out Rental Items.
Important Note
Rental Items reserved along with Facility reservations can be viewed in Facility Reservation reports by Adjusting Fields, Reservation Fields, and Rental Item(s) Reserved.

Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to the Reports Tab
Select the report category Equipment Rental Reports
Choose one of the available reports

Rental Item Reservation Report

This report will provide a listing of all reservations, within the selected time frame, that have corresponding equipment rentals. For example, facility reservations that have rented tables and chairs.
You can filter this Report by:
Adjusting the From and To date/time to the range you wish to view reservations for
Adjust Filters to limit based on the Location where item reservations display.
Adjust Fields to change what information displays about the reservations. Prompts for reserved items can also be added if needed.
Rental Item Inventory Report

This report shows a summary of all equipment rentals and their associated total quantity, total available, number currently reserved, number checked out, and number overdue.
You can filter this Report by:
Adjust Filters to limit based on the Location where item reservations display.
Adjust Fields to change what information displays about the reservations. Prompts for reserved items can also be added if needed.
Checked Out Equipment Rental Items Report

This report will provide a listing of all equipment that is checked out for the current date range, defaulting to the current date.
You can filter this Report by:
Adjusting the From and To date/time to the range you wish to view reservations for
Adjust Filters to limit based on the Location where item reservations display.
Adjust Fields to change what information displays about the reservations. Prompts for reserved items can also be added if needed.
