Reservation Status Types can be used to indicate the status of a reservation in the Calendar View.
Important Note:
You do not have the option to add a Reservation Status Type when creating a facility reservation from the Catalog.

When to Use
Some example uses of Reservation Status Types can include:
Approval workflow utilizing status types such as:
Pending
Awaiting Document
Awaiting Insurance
Confirmed
Internal organization for the type of reservation such as:
Program
Special Event
Parks and Rec In-House
City/Council In-House
Non-Profit Benefit
How to Apply
While learning how to utilize Reservation Status Types, you may experience areas where you have questions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please keep track of them so your CivicPlus representative may address them.
Please complete the following:
Create a Reservation Status Type
If you do not have a test reservation in your facility calendar, create one through the catalog
Practice assigning the Reservation Status to a test facility rental
Practice creating an internal reservation and assign a Reservation Status
If your organization uses an approval process for reservation statuses, practice assigning a Reservation Status in the Pending Rentals Section of the Facilities Module
