Facility Closings allow staff to make a facility unrentable for a given date or date range.

When to Use
It's important to note that Closings are All Day. If you need to close a facility for a few hours, please refer to the previous training about the Facility Calendar.
Facility closings can be used for:
Holidays
Facility Maintenance
Large Events for City Use

Please complete the following:
Add your known closings such as holidays, scheduled renovations, municipal wide events that use department spaces
Check that the closings appear on the facility calendar
