The Permit Editor is a Module within Recreation Management that will allow staff to make reservations that are assigned to a unique permit number. This tool can be helpful with making bulk facility reservations.

When to Use

The Permit Editor can be used for:

  • Large Reservations from Sports Organizations

  • Gathering Estimates for Users

  • Having one consolidated record of reservations and payments made

How to Apply

While learning how to utilize the Permit Editor, you may experience areas where you have questions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please keep track of them so your CivicPlus representative may address them.

Please complete the following:

Create permit templates if you have not yet done so

Assign templates to appropriate facilities

Practice making reservations through the permit editor

Practice adjusting unbilled reservations

Practice billing out reservations from the permit editor

Practice adjusting billed-out reservations from the permit editor
