The Permit Editor is a Module within Recreation Management that will allow staff to make reservations that are assigned to a unique permit number. This tool can be helpful with making bulk facility reservations.

When to Use
The Permit Editor can be used for:
Large Reservations from Sports Organizations
Gathering Estimates for Users
Having one consolidated record of reservations and payments made

Please complete the following:
Create permit templates if you have not yet done so
Assign templates to appropriate facilities
Practice making reservations through the permit editor
Practice adjusting unbilled reservations
