Facility Usage Report

You can run a Facility Usage report to see an overview of the facilities that are reserved for your organization as well as the total revenue.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Reports tab

2. Select Reservation Reports, and then select Facility Usage

3. Choose the From and To dates for the date range you wish to display

4. Click Refresh

5. View the report

   • Location: View the location of the facility

   • Facility: View a list of the facilities in use during the selected dates

   • Bookings: The total number of reservations for the facility

   • Total Time Booked: The total amount of time the facility is in use

   • Base Fees: The total base fees for the facility reservations

   • Addons: Any addons will be totaled for each facility

   • Discounts: The total amount of discounts for each facility

   • Total Revenue: The total revenue for each facility during the selected date range
