License Plate Report

Run the License Plate Report to view a listing of facility reservations, sectioned by license plates. This report can be used with the License Plate prompt.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Reports tab

2. Select Reservation Reports, and then select License Plate Report

3. Choose the From and To dates for the date range you wish to display

4. You can also Search for specific license plates

5. View the results

   • Reservation Date: View the date and time of the reservation for a specific license plate

   • Total Days: The total amount of days of the reservation

   • Facility: View a list of the reserved facilities for each license plate

   • User: The user on the reservation will display, and select their name to view their account

   • Receipt: Access the transaction receipt for the reservation
