Manually Choose Membership Number at Checkout

This article will show you how to manually create or select a Membership Number at checkout.

Important Note:

If you use a barcode scanner with actual printed membership cards, you can click in the box to change the membership number and scan the card, and it will read the input as that card's number. Learn more in our Associate a Card with a Membership article.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Catalog catalog

  2. Select the Memberships tab memberships

  3. Select your program membership activity

  4. Select the session session

  5. Add Users select user

  6. Click Add To Cart add to cart

  7. Click Checkout checkout

  8. Fill out any Prompts and Waivers (will vary by selection)

  9. Under Member Number click Create New or select an existing membership number member number

  10. Add Payment type payment type

  11. Click Complete Transaction complete transaction

  12. Membership number will not appear on the receipt; click View Membership view membership

  13. View Member Number or select the pencil icon to edit the number manually member number edit
