To automatically populate data from Recreation Management into your Fillable Forms, you can add any of the following data fields into the Process Automation and Digital Services form Text Element Details field. When configured, this feature allows the Fillable Form to prefill the data from Recreation Management for users, reducing the need for them to manually enter the data on their form.
Important Notes
Form Elements must be configured as Text to work properly with the integration.
Session dates and times fields work best when the session only has one schedule.
If a session doesn’t have a schedule, the field will load default data.
