Advanced Fillable Forms Updates
Advanced Fillable Forms powered by CivicPlus Process Automation and Digital Services, has two new updates that make the integration with Recreation Management even more powerful.

Data Viewer Now Available
Data Viewer is now included for all Advanced Fillable Forms customers. It shows every submission for a form in a clean table view, so you can find and export exactly the data you need:
Sort and Filter: Sort by any column and filter submissions to narrow your results.
Show/Hide Columns: Choose which form fields appear in the table.
CSV Download: Download your data as a CSV file. The download keeps any filters, sorting, and hidden columns you’ve set.

Why This Matters
Staff can review form submissions at a glance and export only the data they need in a spreadsheet-friendly format.
Approvals Workflow Upgrade: Editable Form Elements
Approvers can now edit selected fields on a submission during an approval step. Use it to correct errors or capture extra information without a separate approval form.
Editable Fields: Choose which fields approvers can edit at each approval step. All other fields stay read-only.
Internal-Use-Only Fields: Hide form elements from the public so only staff can see and fill them out during approval. For example, if your team needs to record a permit number or internal notes after a form is submitted, you can add those fields directly to the form instead of tracking them somewhere else.
Version History: Edits save to the original submission. You can switch between the original and edited versions.
Visibility: Updated fields display correctly when viewed in Recreation Management.
