New Mobile-Optimized Public View (Coming Soon)

We’re excited to introduce a new mobile-optimized public view designed to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience for residents using mobile devices. Learn more about what’s coming and when to expect it in the Mobile Optimized Public View Help Center article.

SMS Alert Opt-In Added to Contact Preferences Screen

To better align with SMS messaging regulations, we’ve added the required SMS opt-in confirmation to the Contact Preferences screen within the public user account dashboard.

Residents will now see the following consent message when enabling text messages from Contact Preferences:

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I consent to receive SMS messages from [Organization Name]. These may include promotional, informational, or other updates. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

This change ensures a consistent opt-in experience across the platform and helps meet SMS compliance requirements. To learn more about SMS alerts see the Send Short Message Service SMS alerts page in our Help Center.
