Released Enhancements

New Mobile-Optimized Public View

We’re excited to introduce a new mobile-optimized public view designed to deliver a more seamless and consistent experience for residents using mobile devices. Learn more about what’s coming and when to expect it in this Help Center article. This release also includes the following enhancements to the New Mobile-Optimized Public View:

Improved Organization Branding on Mobile: We’ve enhanced how your organization’s branding appears in the mobile-responsive public catalog, helping residents quickly recognize who they’re interacting with, no matter the device. New branding enhancements include:

  • Organization name in the mobile menu: Your organization’s name now appears prominently in the mobile menu, making it clear to residents where they are and who they’re engaging with.

  • Custom mobile header color: You can now have a dedicated Mobile Header Color set to better match your brand. If no color is selected, the system will automatically use your existing primary mobile color - no extra setup required. Contact Support to have this color changed.

Scan with your Mobile Device in the Recreation Management Desktop Staff View:

Staff can now use their  mobile device’s built-in camera to scan tickets and membership barcodes while working in the Recreation Management desktop staff view. This update allows your team to use phones or tablets for scanning without switching to a separate mobile interface. To see how to use this feature view our Scan with Mobile Device in Desktop View Article.

  • What’s New: Staff will now see a Camera Control button next to the scan field in the toolbar. With this new control, staff can scan membership cards and ticket barcodes directly from their phone or tablet.

  • Why this Matters: As we transition away from the legacy mobile staff view, your team can continue using mobile devices for check-in - now directly within the Recreation Management desktop staff experience.

  • This Means:

    • No need to switch between mobile and desktop views

    • Works on both Android and Apple devices

    • Ideal for front desk and on-the-go staff

No setup or configuration is required. The camera control option will automatically appear in the Check-In toolbar for memberships and Tickets.

Use the Check-In Drop down menu to select the camera Icon to scan on a mobile device.
