Search for General Ledger (GL) Codes in a Report

This article will show you how to use filters on a Report to search for specific GL codes.

Instructions

1. Navigate to Reports

2. Select any report with relevant information regarding GL Filters

3. Expand the Filters

4. Configure the following GL Filters filters:

   • GL Selection: Add the number or label

   • GL Codes: Select the code(s) to search for

5. Click Apply

6. View report

   Note:

   The Debit, Credit, and Net columns will always show four decimal places, however, the totals will show two decimals.
