Report on Document Type Status

This article will show you how to run the Roster Report to view the status of specific Document Types for activity sessions.

Important Notes

  • Document Management is a paid feature. For more information, please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager.

  • All staff will be able to see the status of Document Types for participants in the report, but only staff with the assigned permissions will be able to view the documents or act upon document requirements in the session roster.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Reports tabReports Tab in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select User/Roster Reports, and then select Roster Report or Roster Report (With Report Pickup)roster reports options

    Note:

    The Report Pickup option is recommended for larger data sets that take more time to process.

  3. Click FiltersFilters menu.

  4. On the Activity Filters tab, select the desired activities/sessionsActivity Filters Tab.

  5. Open the Fields drop-down and select the Document Types tab Fields menu with Document Types tab selected.

  6. Choose the Document Types you wish to include in the report Document types checkboxes.

  7. Click the Refresh button refresh report icon.

  8. Review the report review report results

  9. If desired, choose to Print, Export, Email, Schedule, Save, or Communicate the reportreport tools
