Sign In to Rec Using CivicPlus Single Sign-On

This article walks through how staff users can sign in to Recreation Management using their CivicPlus Single Sign-On account.

Important Notes:

Instructions

  1. On the Rec homepage, enter your email address associated with Recreation Management and click ContinueCivicRec login page prompting for email and continue button.

    Note:

    If your organization uses a Custom Identity Provider for sign-ins, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to your Recreation Management instance as depicted in Step 6.

  2. Re-enter your Email Address in the Email field The Email field on the sign in page.

    • Remember me: Check to prevent the ending of your authentication session when closing your browser window.

  3. Click Continue The Continue button under the Email field.

  4. Enter your Password

  5. Click Sign In The Sign In button in the bottom right corner of the screen.

  6. You will be directed to your Recreation page CivicRec account management interface with search options for users and account setup.
