Troubleshoot Unitemized Transactions

This article will show you how to troubleshoot if your transactions show as Unitemized. View our article View Transactions Needing Attention/Items with GL Issues to see if any items are unitemized.

Identify Issues & Solutions

  • A switch from Recreation Management version 2.0 to 3.0. The 3.0 financial module is a full accounting module. You can take a look at the General Ledger Accounting Guide to help you set up full accounting.

  • You have not set up GL codes for your items. Be sure that the activity, facility, add-ons, and discounts all have revenue codes set. To manually update a specific transaction, see Adjust Fee Codes (GL Edit).

  • Make sure you are set up correctly, view the Financial Section.
