View Transactions Needing Attention/Items with General Ledger Issues

This article will show you how to view transactions that show as Unitemized. For troubleshooting options, view our article Troubleshoot Unitemized Transactions.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Navigate to the Configuration tab, and then select Financial Settings, and then GL Configurationgl configuration

  3. Select Transactions Needing Attention and/or Items with GL Issuestransactions need attention or items with gl issues options

    Note:

    In Transactions Needing Attention, you can filter results with filter options:  filter transactions needing attention

    • From/To: Enter from and to dates

    • Close #: Enter a close number

    • Batch #: Enter a batch number

    In Items with GL Issues, you can choose to view Programs, Facilities, or POS Items, which can help narrow results. item with gl issues options - Programs, Facilities, POS Items
