Use the View Receipt Tool

The View Receipt Tool can help you find and view a receipt, as long as you know the Transaction Number.

Instructions

1. Log in to Recreation Management

2. Navigate to the Financial tab, and then select View Receipt

3. Enter the Transaction ID

4. Click Find Receipt

5. View the receipt

   • Email Address: If you want to email the receipt, enter an email address

   • Email: Sends the email

   • Print: Prints the receipt

     Note:

     You can also click Print Receipt in the top-right corner.

   • Thermal Print: Prints the receipt on receipt paper/with receipt structure
