This article will outline how Recreation Management users can view equipment inventory from within the Item List.
Important Note
Rental Item Groups with circled numbers beside them contain Rental Items.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Navigate to the Equipment Rentals tab and select Rental Item List
Select the plus icon to expand the Rental Item Group and view the Rental Items allocated to the group. You can also click on the Group Item Name to display the Rental Items.
The Rental Item inventory can be viewed under the Quantity column.
You can also view the Item Inventory by clicking Edit Item (pencil icon)
Under the Basics tab, view Available Quantity
