This article will outline how Recreation Management users can view Equipment Inventory from the Equipment Rental Dashboard.
Important Note
When viewing equipment rental items in the dashboard, you will only see the inventory available and reserved for the location you are logged into. This can be found in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen. You can change this by selecting the location drop-down and then the desired inventory location.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Select the location where the item is assigned to view the available inventory
Navigate to the Equipment Rentals tab, then select Rental Item Dashboard
The Current Inventory will display in the center of the screen. Inventory fields include total quantity, current availability, the number of presently checked-out items for the day/time you are viewing the dashboard, and the number of overdue (late returned) items.
The dashboard is listed in alphabetical order and only displays 10 items. To view specific items, you can enter a keyword in the upper right corner of the dashboard and hit enter to filter to that keyword.
Note: The search bar on the dashboard only searches for entries already displaying on the dashboard.
To view all the inventory items on one page, select the View All button to the right of the Current Inventory section of the dashboard.
You can search by keyword at the top of the Rental Item Inventory page.
The search bar can be used to filter by renter name, rental item name, Rental Item Group, and rental item location/facility.
At least three characters need to be entered in the search bar for the search result to display.
To change the number of entries that display per page, adjust the Rows per page setting on the bottom right.
To change the column headers displayed, select the three lines to the right of the search icon and change the column headers for your inventory view.
