View Memberships from User Profile

This article will show you how to view memberships from the user profile.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Search and select a user search and select user on the accounts page for Rec.

  3. Select View/Print Memberships View print membership account actions option.

  4. Navigate through the Membership tabs:

    • Details Membership Details tab fields.

      • Member Number: View or adjust the membership number; you can also Renew, Terminate, or Pause the membership

      • Member Name: Displays the name of the member

      • Membership Package: This shows the membership package that was signed up for

      • Membership Type: Indicates if the membership is for an Individual or Family

      • Receipt: Select the number to view the receipt from the membership purchase

      • Membership Status: This shows the status of the membership

      • Start Date: Displays the start date of the membership

      • Expiration Date: See when the membership ends and adjust the expiration date if desired

      • Scans Remaining: View the scans that are still remaining on the membership and select the pencil icon to adjust if desired

      • Scheduled Automatic Payments: View and enable auto-billing

      • Scheduled Manual Payments: See any scheduled manual payments

    • Payments: View upcoming/overdue payments as well as receipts for past payments Membership Payments tab details.

    • Renewal History: Access renewal information and perform refunds Renewal history tab details.

    • Scan History: View when and where the card has been scanned in Scan history for membership cards list.

    • View/Print Card: View the membership card and print, delete, or edit the card Membership card details on the View/Print Card tab, including digital and physical card options.
