Owners can add organizational members as automatic subscribers whenever a request is submitted to a specific category. Subscribers will receive all the "assignee notifications" as outlined in the Email Customization article.

Important Notes
Removing a member from an account removes their auto-subscription and existing subscriptions. Adding the same member back restores subscriptions.
Adding a user as an Automatic Subscriber will not assign the request to them. View information on how to create Automations and set users to be the automatic assignee.
Instructions
Navigate to the Profile menu, then select Manage Organization:

Select Request Categories:

Select the category title:

Use the Automatic Subscribers drop-down menu to select members:

Select Update:
