Add Notes to a Constituent

Notes can be added to a constituent profile for future referencing. Notes are internal only and can be modified at any time. There is no character limit.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Constituents tab: User interface of a CRM system with the Constituents tab highlighted.

  3. Use the Search Constituents field to search for the constituent by name: The Constituents tab with a name filled in the Search bar, and matching results populated.

  4. Click to select the desired result: Search results from searching for a constituent with a specific result highlighted for selection.

  5. Click the Edit icon in the Notes heading: A constituent information screen with the Edit icon in the Notes heading highlighted.

  6. Input any note(s), then click the blue checkmark icon to save: The Notes section opened for editing with the Save icon (blue checkmark) highlighted.
