Organizational Control of “Share with Neighbors”
The request submission and detail workflows now include an organization-level setting, “Enable Share with Neighbors,” which controls the visibility of all sharing options across web and mobile. When this setting is disabled, all sharing entry points are hidden while requests remain publicly visible. This setting operates independently from the “Privatize issues by default” option. Changes to this setting apply immediately to the web experience, while support for the mobile application will follow in the next app release.
Semantic Replacements for Presentational Tags
Public-facing pages in SeeClickFix 311 CRM now use semantic HTML elements in place of deprecated presentational tags. This change supports accessibility standards and ensures that screen readers and assistive technologies can more reliably interpret page content.
