CRM Category Search: AI Suggested Tag for Results
Category search results in CRM now display an “AI Suggested” tag for categories identified by AI, clearly distinguishing them from keyword or title matches. The tag appears only when AI suggestions are enabled for the organization and remains visible while the suggestion is valid, aligning the CRM experience with the Portal and supporting more consistent category selection.
Automatic Session Expiration Now Enforced
Session expiration has been added to improve security and align with best practices. Previously, user sessions did not expire. Sessions now automatically expire after a set period of inactivity, reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Standard users have an 8-hour session duration, while employee sessions follow a separate configurable timeout. Existing sessions will transition to the new behavior and expire based on the updated limits.
