Support for VUEWorks Integration API v1.2 and Later

SeeClickFix 311 CRM has been updated to support VUEWorks Integration API v1.2 (version 1.2) and later.

This update preserves the core two-way VUEWorks workflows that connected agencies rely on today. Requests submitted in SeeClickFix 311 CRM can continue to be routed into VUEWorks, and SeeClickFix 311 CRM can continue to check VUEWorks for request updates so staff and resident-facing records stay aligned.

The updated integration supports the primary request lifecycle between systems. This includes category/request type sync, new request creation, status updates, public comments, and supported images or attachments, where configured. Agencies moving to newer VUEWorks API requirements should work with their VUEWorks administrator or vendor contact to confirm API access, provide the required credentials, and validate the updated configuration in a test environment before production use.

Keyword Validation Limits Added

The keyword entry field for Request Categories now enforces submission-time limits of at least 4 characters per keyword, up to 32 characters per keyword, and a maximum of 10 keywords per record. Entries that exceed these limits are rejected with validation messages explaining what needs to be corrected. Invalid keyword data is not saved or truncated.
