Requests cannot be manually archived by any user. However, you have options to limit actions that are causing the need to archive a request.
Who Can Archive Requests
No users can archive requests manually. This is an automatic function of the SeeClickFix 311 CRM system.
Requests are automatically archived when the following criteria are met:
The request is Closed
No comments or status changes have been made for 7 days
Once issues are archived, they cannot be unarchived.
If a Request Keeps Getting Reopened
It's frustrating when you have closed an issue, but a user is not satisfied with the resolution and continuously reopens a request. Here are your options:
Begin restricting actions on a Request by using user restrictions.
Flag the Request or the Comment being made by the user that you wish to report to our Moderations team. For more information on our moderations system, see the Moderations Explained guide.
