Change Request Due Dates

This article will show you how to change the due date associated with a request or set of requests to a specific date.

Important Notes

  • Due dates are specific dates (for example, January 1, 2021), not countdown clocks (7 days left).

  • Moving a due date will record an internal comment on a request.

  • Due dates can be moved by Owners and Managers, but not internal personnel (a role only available in the SeeClickFix 311 CRM Work package).

  • Both SLA and due date will be visible on the single request page. Due dates can also be added manually and used without SLA set.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tabThe CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  3. Check the requests you wish to modifyThe checkboxes for selecting requests on the home screen are highlighted.

  4. Click Change Due Date at the topInterface showing options to change due date for requests.

  5. Click into the field and select a date from the calendarThe Change Due Date pop-up window with the calendar tool expanded and highlighted.

  6. Select UpdateThe Change Due Date pop-up window with the Update button highlighted.
