Channels Overview

Channels are how a constituent can communicate with your organization in Conversations. Channels may be created for the following communication types:

  • Email

  • SMS

  • Agent

  • Internal

  • CivicPlus Chatbot

These channels each have varying settings and options available that allow you to automatically route incoming constituent communications to specific individuals within your organization and automatically respond to incoming messages.
