Conversations is a multi-channel tool that 311 call centers can use to manage the different ways constituents contact their local governments. With Conversations, all incoming emails, texts, and phone calls from constituents can be tracked in one place. This allows for quick responses and internal triage when needed. It gives call centers a simple and flexible way to manage high volumes of communication, resident records, and 311 service requests.
