Add Tags to a Conversation

Adding Tags to a Conversation allows for easier filtering of Conversations by shared topics, themes, concerns, and more, and makes it easier to identify common threads between multiple Conversations with different Constituents. Tags can be applied at any time while the Conversation is open.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your SeeClickFix 311 CRM website

  2. Navigate to the Conversations tab: Conversations tab.

  3. Click the Go to Conversation Details link for the desired conversation: Go to Conversation Details button.

  4. Click Add Tag: Conversations page Add Tag button.

  5. Select your desired tag from the resulting dropdown list: Conversations page Select your Tag(s) From the Dropdown.

  6. Repeat this process for each tag you want to assign to the conversation
