Add Tags to a Conversation

Adding Tags to a Conversation allows for easier filtering of Conversations by shared topics, themes, concerns, and more, and makes it easier to identify common threads between multiple Conversations with different Constituents. Tags can be applied at any time while the Conversation is open.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your SeeClickFix 311 CRM website

  2. Navigate to the Conversations tab: The Conversations tab in the menu bar, highlighted.

  3. Click the Go to Conversation Details link for the desired conversation: A conversation entry with the Go to Conversation Details link highlighted.

  4. Click Add Tag: A conversation details screen with the Add Tag link highlighted.

  5. Select your desired tag from the resulting drop-down list: The Add Tag drop-down list expanded with available tags highlighted.

  6. Repeat this process for each tag you want to assign to the conversation
