Close a Conversation

Important Note:

Closing a message moves it from the inbox view. In order to view closed messages, the Status filter must be set to Closed.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM

  2. Navigate to the Conversations tab: Conversations tab.

  3. Click Go to Conversation Details for the desired conversation: Go to Conversation Details button.

  4. Locate and click the Close Conversation button: Close Conversation button.

  5. Click the Confirm button: Close Conversation Confirmation pop-up Window, Confirm button.
