Close a Conversation

Important Note:

Closing a message moves it from the inbox view. In order to view closed messages, the Status filter must be set to Closed.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM

  2. Navigate to the Conversations tab:The Conversations tab in the menu bar, highlighted.

  3. Click Go to Conversation Details for the desired conversation:A conversation entry with the Go to Conversation Details link highlighted.

  4. Locate and click the Close Conversation button:The Conversation Details screen with the Close Conversation button highlighted.

  5. Click the Confirm button:The Close Conversation pop-up message with the Confirm button highlighted.
