Assign a Conversation

Assigning a conversation to an individual allows for easier filtering of conversations and easier communication with constituents. Conversations can be manually assigned to any assignee as long as the conversation is open.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM

  2. Navigate to the Conversations tab:The Conversations tab in the menu bar, highlighted.

  3. Click Go to Conversation Details for the desired conversation:A conversation entry with the Go to Conversation Details link highlighted.

  4. Click the Assign (paper and pencil) icon:The Conversation Details screen with the Assign icon highlighted.

  5. In the resulting Assign pop-up window click to open the drop-down menu, then select the desired assignee:The Assign pop-up window with the Assignee drop-down menu expanded and an assignee selected.
