Assign a Conversation

Assigning a conversation to an individual allows for easier filtering of conversations and easier communication with constituents. Conversations can be manually assigned to any assignee as long as the conversation is open.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM

  2. Navigate to the Conversations tab: Conversations tab.

  3. Click Go to Conversation Details for the desired conversation: Go to Conversation Details button.

  4. Click the Assign (paper and pencil) icon: Assign icon (paper with pencil).

  5. In the resulting Assign pop-up window click to open the dropdown menu, then select the desired assignee: Assign dropdown menu, select assignee.

  6. Click the Assign button: Assign button.
