Delete a Channel

A channel must have no conversations assigned to it to be deleted. Deleted channels cannot be recovered. A deleted channel must be recreated.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your site

2. Click the Profile Icon and then Manage Organization

3. Select Channels from the left-hand menu

4. Click the Action Menu (three-dot icon) for your desired channel and select Delete

5. Click OK on the confirmation pop-up
