Delete a Channel

A channel must have no conversations assigned to it to be deleted. Deleted channels cannot be recovered. A deleted channel must be recreated.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Click the Profile Icon and then Manage Organization:The User Profile dropdown menu with the Manage Organization option highlighted.

  3. Select Channels from the left-hand menu:The Conversations section with the Channels menu option highlighted.

  4. Click the Action Menu (three-dot icon) for your desired channel and select Delete:The Channels screen with the Action menu of a channel expanded and the Delete option highlighted.
