Watch areas can be created by anyone and notify anyone. If you are receiving notifications about issues within a Watch Area, and you want to unsubscribe from those, you can simply delete the watch area.

All users can access this feature.
What is a Watch Area?
A Watch Area is a way for anyone to be notified when issues are reported or acted on which a specific area. This allows:
Users to stay involved in their communities
Elected officials to get a sense of what their residents are reporting
Delete a Watch Area
Navigate to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM website and log in
Navigate to My Content:
Click on your profile icon
Select the My Content option
Click on the Watch Areas tab:
Click the Edit button next to the Watch Area you wish to delete:
Select the Delete option:
On the pop-up message that reads, "Are you sure you want to delete this watch area?", click the Ok button to confirm:
