This article will detail how to export work orders so you can track your resources.
Instructions
Sign in to your site if you have not done so already
Navigate to the Work Orders tab

Select the filters

Created Date: The date the work order was created
Due Date: The due date of the work order
Closed Date: The date the work order was closed
Assignee: The person the work order is assigned to
Category: The category the work order is tied to
Status: The status of the work order
To Do: Work order that needs to be completed
Done: Work order that is completed
Select the checkbox next to the ID to select the word order(s) you'd like to export

Note:
Select the checkbox at the top of the list to check all boxes at once.
Select the Export icon

Select the Confirm button in the pop-up message

Select the desired file format, then select Continue

Notes:
The recommended file type is the Excel format (.XLSX).
Selecting a file type will automatically start the file download to your computer.
