AI-Assisted Category Search on New Request Forms

Finding the right request category is critical for accurate routing and faster resolution. AI-assisted Category Search improves how categories are discovered when submitting new requests by using semantic search rather than relying only on exact keyword matches.

Organizations can define additional keywords and descriptive terms for each category. When a search is performed, the system evaluates the meaning of the search term and compares it against both the category name and any associated keywords. Relevant categories may appear even when the wording does not directly match the category title or configured keywords, helping reduce miscategorized requests and create a more seamless reporting experience.

While this enhancement primarily improves the resident reporting experience, it also applies to the CRM New Request form for staff, making it easier to take requests over the phone or enter requests on behalf of residents.

This feature is currently available to early adopter customers in production. It will roll out to all customers in the sandbox (int.seeclickfix.com) environment first, followed by a broader production release.

The feature will also be included in upcoming versions of the mobile applications.
