Web Portal Request Submission Rate Limiting

The Web Portal request submission workflow enforces a system-wide rate limit to reduce spam, duplicate submissions, and abusive traffic that can disrupt customer operations. Public users and guest submissions are limited to one request within a three-minute window, while active organization members are excluded to avoid staff workflow impact. When the limit is reached, resident users see a clear message explaining the restriction and how to proceed. This limit is applied consistently across all organizations and is not configurable at the individual organization level.

Multiple Image Uploads Supported When Adding Public Comments in CRM

Staff can now attach multiple images when adding public comments or updating request statuses in SeeClickFix 311 CRM. The comment form supports up to five photos, displays thumbnails in a single row, and updates the add-photo button text to reflect remaining photo slots.

Organization Notices Web View

The Organization Notices web view removes outdated footer branding and links the organization logo at the top of each notice directly to the organization’s portal page, supporting clearer navigation and more accurate context when reviewing notices.

Cityworks v23 Integration Compatibility

Cityworks v23 integrations now accept both the newer Public comment field and legacy “To SCF:” comments, allowing organizations using older Cityworks interfaces or mobile field apps to continue posting comments without workflow disruption. This is available to all customers on Cityworks 23.
