First and Last Name Fields Add to New Member Creation
When adding a new member to an organization, the ability to set the First and Last Name fields for a new user is now available in the form.
If a user with the same email address already exists in the SeeClickFix 311 CRM system or in CivicPlus Authentication, then the first and last name fields will become hidden. These fields will be filled with the existing information in that user's profile. If the user has not yet logged into SeeClickFix 311 CRM, then the public display name will be used temporarily for the first and last name.
For new users on SeeClickFix 311 CRM and Authentication, the first and last name fields will be used to populate the CivicPlus account. The user can update these fields upon login at any time in the future.
The bulk import tool for adding members has also been updated to accommodate these fields. The CSV headers should include first_name and last_name.
