Enabling Request Category Suggestions for Eligible Organizations
Beginning July 15, 2026, request category suggestions will be enabled for eligible SeeClickFix 311 CRM organizations and by default for newly created organizations. During request intake, the system can suggest relevant categories from typed searches and supported photo-first flows, helping residents and staff find the right category faster.
This is an assistive AI feature. Users still choose the final request category, and organizations remain in control through the existing Organization Settings option. Starter packages are not included in this enablement.
