The {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} application is now connected to CivicPlus' Single Sign-On service. This means that users can manage one account in a centralized system to quickly access multiple resources and software, including {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} and other online technologies powered by CivicPlus.

Important Notes
These instructions apply to organizations that have migrated users to CivicPlus Single Sign-On.
If you do not have an account, you will first need to create a new account.
If you are not on a Custom Identity Provider, you can also use an external sign-in service to sign in.

Sign In to Your Site

Navigate to your SeeClickFix site and click Sign In
Enter your Email Address in the Email field
Click Continue
Note:
If your organization uses a Custom Identity Provider for sign-ins, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to your {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} site as depicted in Step 6.
Enter the correct Password
Click Sign In
Upon successful login, the user will be redirected back to the {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} Requests page

Troubleshoot Login Issues

Confirm that the user has successfully registered in the CivicPlus authentication service. Please use the Forgot your password link, if needed.
Note:
If the user has not registered with the CivicPlus authentication service or does not know if they have, instruct them to follow the steps in the Create a SeeClickFix 311 CRM Account article.
If the user is expecting a one-time password or password reset email notification from CivicPlus, and if that email has not been received, please instruct them to check their Spam folder and consider adding the following domains as 'trusted senders' in the email account settings: "civicplus.com" and "amazonses.com".
Once the user has successfully logged into the CivicPlus system, within the same browser, navigate to the SeeClickFix 311 CRM homepage. Select the "Resident Sign Up" button. This button triggers a process that 'looks for' the user's current status in the CivicPlus system. If the user is successfully logged in to CivicPlus, {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} will recognize that.
The user should be redirected to another page branded with "SeeClickFix" where they can accept the terms of service, choose their display name, and select a location. Completing this form should finish the user registration process in the {{variable.SeeClickFix 311 CRM}} application.
