The SeeClickFix 311 CRM login page now includes a dedicated link for users who have trouble logging in. Selecting this link allows staff users to initiate a password reset through the SeeClickFix workflow to ensure their accounts are correctly connected.
Hexagon Call Center Integration Comment Synchronization
The Hexagon Call Center integration now supports automated bidirectional comment synchronization for service requests. Comments added in either SeeClickFix or the Hexagon system are automatically synced between platforms, ensuring staff users have access to the latest communication history without manual data entry.
