CivicPlus Agent Support for SeeClickFix 311 CRM

CivicPlus Agent now supports SeeClickFix 311 CRM, giving residents a new way to submit service requests through a guided conversational experience. This integration currently requires a CivicPlus Web Central or Web Evolve site.

For existing SeeClickFix 311 CRM customers, this means CivicPlus Agent can become an additional resident-facing intake path connected to your existing SCF request categories and workflows. Residents can describe an issue in plain language, and the agent helps capture the request details, including location, category, description, and supporting images, before submitting the request into SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

This can help residents get to the right category more easily and submit more complete requests, while staff continue managing submitted requests inside SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

Known Limitations

  • CivicPlus Agent currently submits SeeClickFix 311 CRM requests as Guest, or non-authenticated, submissions only.

  • CivicPlus Agent can only submit to categories where guest submissions are enabled.

  • Categories that require authenticated or registered-user submission are not currently supported through the agent submission flow.
