Prioritize a Request

Requests can have a High, Normal, and Low priority setting. This is an internal-only performance metric.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tabThe CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  3. Select the request you wish to modifyExample request.

  4. Select PrioritizePrioritize request button.

  5. Choose a priority from the dropdown listNew priority drop-down menu in the Change Priority window.

  6. Click Prioritize to savePrioritize button in the Change Priority window.
