Prioritize a Request

Requests can have a High, Normal, and Low priority setting. This is an internal-only performance metric.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tab:The CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  3. Select the request you wish to modify:The home screen with a Pothole request highlighted for selection.

  4. Select Prioritize:An opened request with the Prioritize button highlighted.

  5. Choose a priority from the drop-down list:The Change Priority pop-up window with the priority options highlighted: High, Normal, and Low.

  6. Click Prioritize to save:The Change Priority window with the Prioritize button highlighted.
