Prioritize a Request

Requests can have a High, Normal, and Low priority setting. This is an internal-only performance metric.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tabRequests tab.

  3. Select the request you wish to modifyExample request.

  4. Click Full page viewFull page view button.

  5. Select PrioritizePrioritize request button.

  6. Choose a priority from the drop-down listNew priority drop-down menu in the Change Priority window.

  7. Click Prioritize to savePrioritize button in the Change Priority window.
