With the migration to utilize CivicPlus Authentication (CivicPlus Single Sign-On), SeeClickFix 311 CRM users will no longer be able to have more than one email address. The email address used to log in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM will be required to match the email address used to log in to CivicPlus Authentication.
On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, we will remove any additional emails from a user account that is already integrated to use CivicPlus Authentication. For most users, there will be no impact with this change. This will only impact a very small percentage of users.
Users who previously signed in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM with a different email address than the one used for CivicPlus Single Sign-On will need to use their CivicPlus Single Sign-On email address when signing in to SeeClickFix 311 CRM.

This change will first be rolled out on the sandbox (int.seeclickfix.com) on Thursday, September 11, 2025. Then production will be updated on September 24.
