Report an Issue to Your City

You can report an issue to your city in two ways: directly from the SeeClickFix 311 CRM website or using a SeeClickFix App.

Post to SeeClickFix 311 CRM from the Website

  1. Navigate to the reporting page

  2. Drag the orange pin to the location of the problem or type in the address The Select a Location screen with a text box for entering an address and an orange drag-and-droppable pin.

  3. Click Confirm LocationThe Select a Location screen with the Confirm Location button highlighted.

  4. Select a category and/or input a title for your report and a description (description is optional but encouraged) The Select a Location screen with the Select a Request Category section highlighted.

  5. Add an appropriate image, if available Adding a Request screen with the Add Photo section pulled up.

  6. Enter Details about the request and click Confirm Details Add a Request screen with the Enter Details section pulled up.

  7. Choose how you would like to submit the request Add a Request screen with the How would you like to submit this request radio buttons highlighted.

    • Submit as yourself: Your username will be visible publicly, and your email will be shared with the receiving organization.

    • Hide your identity: Your username and email will be hidden from the public and from the receiving organization.

    • Submit as a guest: No account required. This request will be sent to the receiving organization, but you will not receive updates.

  8. Click NextThe add a request screen with the Next button highlighted.

  9. Click the Submit Request button

Important Notes

  • If you live in a partner city, you will see a list of categories to choose from ​

  • Remember, you can only attach one photo to a report unless you're reporting via a mobile app at this time

  • To attach additional images, you can post each image as a comment
