SeeClickFix 311 CRM Unified Branding Update: Coming January 7, 2025

As CivicPlus moves forward to continue to unify our products and provide a seamless experience for our customers and their residents, our first step in doing that is to incorporate branding changes defined in the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative.

Key Benefits

The benefits of integrating our new solution logos and names include:

  • Solution Name Alignment:  New logos and text reflect the category names introduced as part of our solution rebranding.

  • Consistency:  New headers ensure a uniform look and feel, making it easier to navigate between products and services.

  • Improved Usability:  Streamlined design and enhanced functionality improve workflow efficiency and reduce the learning curve.

User Interface Updates

Branding updates for SeeClickFix 311 CRM will be released on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. With this launch, you can expect to see the following changes within the SeeClickFix 311 CRM software:

  • Old logos and product name references will be replaced with "SeeClickFix 311 CRM" and "CivicPlus"

  • The colors and sizing of application headers and footers will be updated

  • New loading animations will replace prior loaders

The name and app icon for the container SeeClickFix 311 CRM app will not be changed at this time to limit resident confusion and not require any changes to customers' marketing materials. The app store screenshots and descriptions will be updated.

Any areas of the product that had custom branding by your organization will not be changed.

In addition, other improvements are being made, which include:

  • Simplification of resident emails by removing unnecessary information, such as social media icons and links.

  • The email sending name for emails from the system will be updated to "SeeClickFix 311 CRM" for public resident and internal staff emails.

  • Update emails when a new request is added using the CRM for a newly added requester to send only 1 email instead of 3. The following two emails will no longer be sent when a requester is added using the New Request Form in CRM:

    • "User Invited" email triggered to a new requester when added using the CRM New Request form (Call Taker Interface). This email was not able to be branded by customers and added confusion.

    • "Confirm Your Email" from the CivicPlus Platform when a resident is added as a user using the CRM New Request form (Call Taker Interface). Please note, that this email will still be sent to users when they self-register using the app or portal.

  • Removal and no longer sending the "Your Issue is Outstanding" email to residents, which is a long-time feature request from customers.

  • The mobile apps will have more neutral colors and images used where customization is unavailable for customers.

  • The default colors for the web portal will be set to more neutral dark grey instead of the prior blue. If your organization's portal is customized, no changes will be applied. Customers can update the branding.

Reminder, organizations can also customize email brandings and settings within their system.
