Subscribe or Unsubscribe to a Request

Members can subscribe to or unsubscribe from individual requests or work orders by viewing the issue in the Request tab.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to the Requests tab:The CRM home page, with the Requests Tab highlighted.

  3. Select the desired request:The home screen with a Pothole request highlighted for selection.

  4. Select Subscribe or Unsubscribe:An open request with the Unsubscribe button highlighted.
